I’m back from a brief absence. I’ve been feeling the need to update the blog. What is it that makes an absence of posting uncomfortable. For that matter what makes it enjoyable in the first place? I ran across this great quote from Dilbert creator Scott Adams
Blogging is like work, but without coworkers thwarting you at every turn. All you get is the pleasure of a completed task.
I like my work, some days I love it. And it’s true that it would be even better if things went my way all the time. So is that where it comes from? Anyone who ever plays World of Warcraft, or Civilization knows that sometimes the funnest games are really work disguised as entertainment.
